[Resolved]  Hitachi India Limited — Fake job offer

A completely fake identity offering a job opportunity in Hitachi India Ltd. They have asked me to deposit an amount of Rs.4250/- in District Mercantile bank A/c No. [protected] and the A/c holder's name is stated as Mr.Hukum Chand towards interview fees. The letter is been duly signed by some so called Mr. G.P. Verma, Senior Manager HRD, Hitachi India Ltd., such [censored]s should be sued and dragged to court.

I hereby request to take severe action towards such fraud.

Somebody doing fraud in the name of HITACHI INDIA LTD by sending a message in mobile suggesting that giving the link and download the letter. They try to compromise you that for new plant going to start. Its a fake letter don't believe that frauds. They ask you to send some amount to their Bank Account for the Air ticket and interview process, by assuring its refundable at the time of face to face interview. Guys be alert, by seeing the letter itself you can find that its not true, at the same time not even a single company will provide offer letter without interview process. Keep in mind and act wisely. Please don't let your head to them.

Just got an SMS from BL-hrinfo, stating that your resume has been selected online by HITACHI and to download the letter follow the link:- ifile.it/ebzus91. The letter was signed by some Mr. G.P. Verma designated as the Senior Manager-HRD, Hitachi India Ltd. asking to deposit a sum of Rs.6, 250/-, as a refundable interview fees, in District Mercantile bank a/c no. [protected] in favor of the authorized HR Mr. Hukum Chand.

Few months bank got similar kind of a fake e-mail in disguise of VIDEOCON with the same kind of story and asking to submit a sum of Rs.10, 000 as the refundable interview fees. I wonder how these people have the courage to fraud in the name of such renowned companies without the fear of being caught.

Serious action against such people is requested and just an alert to all the people out there who might just fall prey of such fraud. Please do jump to any decisions without verifying the entire offer.

Hitachi India Limited — Denying the service under warranty

I purchased 1.5 ton Hitachi Split AC in May 5 2010. My last warrenty service was due in before May 2011. I tried to register a service request and the call center denied that I have a AC as they do not have any details of mine. Finally they took the request. But the serviceman called up after 10 days that he could not find my home. When I asked why you did not call me when you came for servicing? They are saying I have not picked up the phone which is impossible. They asked me to register another request. I did it and told them while registering fresh request that there was a problem from your serviceman and he did not ask me the address while coming for the servicing. They confirmed that the service request would be treated as free service under warrenty.
Today 13th May 2011 when the serviceman called up that they are coming, I guided them to my house. But after coming to my home they said that the warrenty period is over and I will not get any free service. The servicemen went without providing any service and asked me to close the ticket. When I said that I am not going to close the call, they said they will foreceably close the ticket.
Without the service my new AC may stuck functioning in good condition as it failed to have proper maintenance. For which I may lose INR 40,000 straightway without any misshandling from my part.
I humbly seek JUSTICE for it, I guess this is a common issue for all consumer product purchasers.

I had purchased a 1.5 t window, 5 star A/C on 23rd June 2012 from Hari plaza, sec.4, Vaishali, Ghazi a bad 201010.
Since then I have been writing to Hitachi customer care for repairs/replacement of that a/c.
I regret to inform u that Hitachi has not done any work on the a/c except issuing new complaint nos.
The visiting mechanics have observed ' senior's visit reqd. ' senior mechanic observed' call back '
I[censored] r interested in taking some corrective action, please come and see call reports copies .
