[Resolved] Hitachi Split AC — no follow up after allocating complaint number | |||
I have purchased a split a/c on 22/03/10 from vijay sales goregaon east branch for rs. 24500 model RAU010HQDP 0.9T. This is with reference to the complaint number[protected] done on 05/06/2010. Since then i have called up your customer care thrice and there is no follow up from your side. On top of it, your call centre executives are shamelessly crying that the server is down which i understand is the easiest excuse for not getting the job done, although everytime giving the complaint number they are able to check that the complaint is pending. After taking the numbers for the service centre, the numbers are sounding switched off. All I wish to ask is that if you are not able to provide the service do publicise on tv that u can buy ac from us but dont rely on after sales service. for a company like Hitachi such poor and shameless attitude does not sound very professional. Please do look into the matter seriously and do the needful to the soonest. i also wish to know what is the company policy for attending to the customer complaint, so that same can be utilised for a complaint with the consumer court.
