Hitachi Window AC 1. 5 Ton — AC NOT REPAIRED | |||
This is to bring to your king notice that I have called many times to croma customer care for the repairance of my window AC as it is under extended warranty given by croma. Its been more that 15 days, I didnt get any positive reply. Cust care representative is stating that they are not getting the AC part from Hitachi centre and THIS IS THE ONLY REASON FOR DELAY IN REPLACING THE AC PART AND GET THE AC TO BE REPAIRED.
