[Resolved]  Home Loan — being harrashed by a loan agent

I posted an add in Quiker.com about my requirement of home loan (my Name is in CBIL default list) to which a person named Vincent jhon (contact numbers [protected] / [protected] / [protected]) contacted me saying that he work for reliance finance and he will do my loan with processing fees of 2%.and i don't have to pay my credit card overdues. I aggreed to him but after three months of headache the reliance sales manager Mr Mangesh sawant called me to say that without clearing my credit card overdues my loan is impossible. He told me that this person vincent does not work for reliance home finance . I called vincent and said that if you don't work for reliance i don't need home loan from you and i want all of my papers back which i gave him to process loan. The reliance home loan sales manager also told me that the bank will charge you a processng fees of 1% which you have to pay to the bank and not to Vincent. I called vincent that if i have to pay to bank and also have to clear the credit card overdues then i don't want loan from you. and called the reliance home loan sales manager mr. Mangesh sawant ([protected]) to do paper waork to process my loan and promised him to clear my credit card overdues before disbursement of the loan. He gave me a pre approval letter specifying all the conditions on which the loan was sectioned including credit card term.
Now afer all that happened and i have purchased a house the person vincent is calling and threatening me everyday to give him personally rupees 1 lac. He also complained in a police station . The police also called me and i was threatened by the person there also. Don't know what to do. I am concerned about the safety of my family . Please healp. the person vincent jhon is not working with reliance finance neither he works with any banks. he has not registered his business and not paying any service tax or professional tax .i am attaching necessary documets
