Ltd. Cochin Referred Case (from Kerala Police Department) 18 Camp CMCC 2011 DCP LO T 04 Nov 2011 Docket Number Ref 304 2012 dated 12 Jan 2012 (from Chief Minister’s Office) Dear Sir From 1995 I am working in Kuwait. In 2007 I signed a contract with the real estate builder Heavenly Homes Pvt Ltd Cochin for B 6, a 3 BHK 1400 Sq ft residential apartment at Heavenly City at Chittethukara, Cochin. For this purpose I got a home loan sanctioned from State Bank of India PBB RACPC for IRS 1797000 in my name under Home Loan Account No [protected], and unfortunately the same amount has been embezzled by the real estate builder, and based on my written complaint to the Chief Minister of Kerala in 2011, there has been discussion with the accused builder and with the involved banker that the home loan shall be settled by the accused builder on 30 June 2012. Thus the accused builder Heavenly Homes Pvt Ltd Cochin submitted a DD worth IRS 1850000 on 28 June 2012 to SBI SARB Ernakulam and the home loan amount and account is now closed. But the accused home loan banker State Bank of India SARB is not issuing me a Non Liability Certificate, as the embezzled home loan amount has been settles by the involved and accused builder Heavenly Homes Pvt Ltd Cochin. Home Loan — Non closure of Home Loan
I have a home loan sactioned from Goa, which I have cleared in febraury & was waiting for my documents to be delivered. After a month when I call the coustomer care they told me that still some Rs.350/- odd is pending.I directed them to clear it from my savings account. It was done.But again when I call after 20 days they told me some more amt is pending, but when I asked the coustomer care representitive to check the transaction he told me that it was a mistake from there side and a request will be booked on my behalf and it will be cleared and documents will be sent at the earliest. Now it June end and now when I called the coustomer care they told me that it is not yet cleared. I will have to go to nearest ICICI bank a lodge a complaint there.Being a reputed bank, It is very poor that the service you are giving to your coustomer is so care less & poor.
