This is really shameful that all the peoples of Honda group make fake commitments to their customers whether they are dealers or area manager or any other.

Your company area manager made committed that I will receive my scooty by Thursday i.e.9 April 2009, but still till date i haven’t got. As after talking with dealers, they informed me that company has provided body with different color which is not required by you.

I think Honda group peoples have no interest in their company reputation, as they are making it down day by day. They are least bother about services for the customer.

This is my biggest mistake that I have put my trust on such a company who don’t have worth for their own commitments.

hi i m subhash jain.i take a bike o[censored]r honda stunner in november.when i take this bike then already sum problem in this bike actually stop again and again nd major problem in gair.after 2 days when i go to ur honda showroom then i say to honda's head that pls change my bike but he say that cannt replace it.he repair him .but again same problem was there.so till now i have ur company's bike with major problem actualy this bike is a 2nd hand peice.i take this bike in cash so honda's owner take not any action otherwise he can change my bike he know very well that in this bike have sum major problem .now pls i[censored] can something then pls take any action and i[censored] can change this bike then pls do it bcoz i m not satisfy with ur bike otherwise i was understand that honda company is a big nd best company in this world but i...u know what i feel.. sir 8-10 times i repair this bike but no solution of problem..nw pls reply me

CHALLN NO:09DC1022 & RECEIPT NO: 09RC1263 date: 21/-5/2009
AT CHAKRADHAR HONDA, ANAND MAHAL ROAD AT SURAT, GUJARAT.
But there is some problem continue in one mouth, then i agian go to service centre at 22/06/2009.
then service my bike.
but there is no proper solution, and then again i go to service centre then agian 29/06/2009 job card no:3498. but there is no solution from dealer, and some scrach come to my bike at second servive.
so plz do some action otherwise i will go to "GRAHAK SURAKSHA CENTRE".

my self is kalpesh s jagtap i am from surat, just one n half month ago i purchase honda stunner cbf from chakradhar auto. n just in month i found that my bike's first aloy wheel's colour is damaged and the steel of that wheel is shown, i sent a email to the delear of the bike. and the another problem is my bike's colour is reduce and some colour is shown as air bubble when i told taht to the dealer he said that we can't change the bike but just colour that bike after engineer comes in next 10 days. i am not satisfied by their answer so plz give me a fever.

but there is no proper solution, and then again i go to service centre then agian 19/08/2009 but there is no solution from dealer, and some problem in LOCK & Haldle come to my bike at this service, but said that, there is no problem,
so plz do some action

I HAVE A HONDA SHAINE BIKE. BUT BIKE IS DEFECTIV AND NO SERVICE. I AM PUT THE CASE CONSMER COART. LAST WARNIG. DEALER COULD COPRATE .

I have puchased a bike that is honda shine (self) no.=hr24k 8984, sirsa(hry). i have purched it on 11-sep-2008 but every month ther is new problem .The thing that not happened in any bike that problem held in my bike.
evey time i go to the decent honda company they repair the prev. problem, but on next day there is a new problem.
so please concentrate on my request otherwise i will take a action against the company

i booked honda shine from sri koduri honda;rajahmundry east godavari a.p and paid advance of 1000 rs on[protected].i was assuresd that bike will be deleverd immediateley if full amount paid.i paid full amount on[protected] but bike not deleverd.vexed by the show room people, i cancelled my order on[protected]. but the payment was not returend to me till today.to my knowledge they are black marketing bikes and shines delivered to people who booked later me.please take action.
