I have received only one call from your side dated .17.02.2012 and they are only ask to me what is the problem in my vehicle and after confirm my problem they have told to me we will call you back after 10-15 minute .but till date i have not received any call again. I have received phone call from this no.[protected]. Sorry but i do not remember caller name.

Now please look into the matter & tell me what is the problem in my case.

Sorry to say but Shyam Honda Airport Branch Related this is our Second complain to you.

Hond Activa ( White) Purchase Dat.12.11.2012 from (Shyam Honda) Annpurana Branch indore (MP) in the Name of Smita W/o, Amit Agrawal Registration No. is MP09SP0105 and 1st service at Shyam Honda Airport branch (dt.12/12/2012)

Today I went to Shyam Honda Airport Branch Indore (MP) again for IInd free Service and i am facing some problem in vehicle regarding to front wheel & shock up when i have ask to them about this problem so they told to me directly this vehicle was accident. i am really shocked when i am single hand user for this vehicle & i am not facing any accident and no any scratched in front & full vehicle ( vehicle photo enclosed this mail) so how it is possible.shock up rode is bend and its cost about Rs. 450-500/- as per your service officer Mr. Rajendra Porwal and it is chargeable to me.and no any cop ration with us that time available branch officer and not listen to me properly. without any my mistake. then i have return back with my vehicle.

So kindly request to you please arrange on urgent basis to resolve my this problem with IInd free service.
