Hotspot — a cheating company

I submitted my mobile for repair which is under hotspot carepack. After even more than one and half months, company is just extending the date. Out of hundred times ninety nine times phone is not being picked up by the care centre. Most of the time customer care no. either remains engaged or not being picked up any one. The phone no. of incharges etc as given through customer care centre never works. They are making fool us customers. They are doing fraud with customers. I am thinking to take legal action against hotspot.
