I have purchased a hp printer f4288 but i face the paper jam problem for last one month but my problem cant solve by cuttomer care they just say that u will follow our instructions and say to clean the rod but my probelm doesnt solve and no body written my complaint. my printer have an onsight warranty for one year and this is only six months old seriel no of printer is cn9174y27v
Prn Psc HP 4288 CN892C3PN Pinter was purchased from M/s Minisoft Mediatech Pvt Limited DA/9, Enkay House, Vikash Marg, Delhi 110092.vide invoice no 602 dated 17.06.09.
It was informed to me that the HP person will come and make it ready for use. The HP person has not visited yet therefore I tried to load the software myself. Software was some how loaded and I tried to make a Xerox copy but there were problems in Xerox. Sometimes print was produced and sometimes not.
I called at the consumer help line telephone no and following his guidelines I tried to make my printer/scanner in working condition. But it could not be made ready.
Helpline registered my complaint vide case id 2638510/ service id ININ[protected] and deputed a service person for help. He visited my home and took the printer for necessary replacement on 31.07.09.
The replacement was done after many days. Even at time the person who came didn’t know how to load the printer software and the printer was not in working condition. I myself loaded the software again to my laptop. But still proper print, Xerox or scan could not be taken out from the printer. Its really very problematic situation for me.

I request
1) Black introductory cartridge may please be provided, as it was not fulfill the desired requirement.
2) Please confirm whether the cartridge can be refilled. Whether you have any approved cartridge refill center. I could understand that M/s Cartridge world refill the cartridge. I can understand from market, that using there refilled cartridge may not effect my printer.
3) Please arrange to inform me about the expiry date of warranty presuming that the virtual date of delivery as 07/08/09 and the printer is not in working order since delivery.
4) Please confirm whether we can use HP 818B cartridge that is available in HP showroom.
5) Please get my printer in working condition as early as possible.
