I bought COMPAQ PRESERIO V-2000 from my friend. It was worrking properly. But since last two days it is not working. Actually the indicator of power burns but the screen remains black.

i m anjum khatoon and my laptop whose serial number is CND945134F AND PRODUCT NUMBER IS VX262PA#ACJ and model number is CQ40-641TU it is under the warranty of one year and it has been purchased on 25 dec 2009 .it's lan card is not working .when i boots my laptop there comes an error that your wireless module is not working or it has not been properly installed please sir/mam help me .my contact numbers are [protected], [protected].

i have a hp530 laptop problem in hdd problem i visit ur nearest service center astric computer pvt.ltd. (401, SAMRIDHI COMPLEX, S.P. VERMA ROAD, PATNA-800001)They not solve my problem and take Rs750 as service charge and provide bill at that time my system also showing error (system format and feware tested), my laptop have problem not work properly his audio and usb data card and in your patna service center not have spare parts and not have price list of spare parts. and reply my quarry of 250 hard disk of sata.
