with ref,to above subject i anandpanchal,residing sanjan,amgaonroad ta:umergaon,dist:valsad gujrat pin-396150,mob:[protected] away 40km from vapi facing scarcity of non delivery of lpggas since last year .evert time people have to run behind dealar vehicle instead homedelivery. we rare literally fedup with this this situation no one hiring nor taking positive step towards resoluation.kindly terminate dealar licence.its matter of entire umergaon territoy problem

The Jaganath Gas Agency in Bhadrak in the State of Orissa is not delivering the Gas properly . Its distribution staffs are black marketing the same .

HP Gas Agency — Number not being booked on telephone

For the past two days i am trying to book for gas cylinder in HP gas agency in Faridabad, in two numbers namely[protected] & 2417355 but no one is picking the phone, my cylinder is empty.I donot know what to do. my number is KT 680877. please help me to book my gas. This is a regular feature

HP Gas distributor — Delivery Issue

My HP GAS Consumer no. is 526410..


we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency.

The Gas distributor's name is Mr. Ram Mohan Rao, Plot no-19, shop no-6, J.J. nagar, Alwal, secunderabad.

I had booked the Gas on 19/september/2008, when i booked the gas Distributor told that it will take 15 days for delivery.

As one month passed they did not deliver the Gas, i wanted to know the status of the deliver and called to the distributor.

I have been trying since last 4 days they did not lift the call, but fortunately one day the distributor lifted and asked me to come to their office to collect the Gas cylinder if I want, because there is a problem for delivery. again next day also i called and he told that there is no delivery we should come to collect the Gas. I said my father is hospitalized and there is no time to come to their office.

My Gas booking Date is 19 september and they did not delivery till 21st.

I am asking you the questions that Is this way to speak with the customer to come and to take the Gas cylinder? more over is this the customers duty to take the Gas?

Is not the Distributor's duty to deliver the Gas?

Distributor should delivery within the time. when he asked to send any of gents to take cylinder. I am forced to tell that my father is in the hospital there is no time to come to the office. ( I should explain my personal problems also to the distributor, he was srude to me)?

I want to send this issue to consumer forum or please take an immeadiate action up on the distributor so taht we customers should not face any problems in the future.

The distributor is so rude he asked me every time we should come to their gas office to take the gas. There is no other way to give complaint. just think that, nobody gives complaint until and unless it is a severe problem faced by the distributor.

HP Gas — LATE DELIVERY AND BOOKING PROBLEMS

DEAR SIR

My consumer no. is 511128 and agency is Saraswati Gas, Sanganer. Every time whenever i book my Gas the person tells that cylender will come in 7 days. but they don't deliver on time.
there phone always not reachable or not in service also and they don't reply properly also.
One Major problem is that they deliver late and when my gas is going to finish i call them and i want to book another cylender but they don't book my cyleder they tells that your time is not come after 21 days from the previous delivery they will book so call after. that why again my cylender get finish and again i am suffering . after 21 days i will book again, again they will deliver late so every time we will suffer.
Plz solved our problem ASAP. and tell us proper solution.

we have some problem of your Agency, I had booked Gag for home delivery on telephone no.[protected], On Dated 04/12/08 but Gas not received so when I went to Godwon for enquiry there I, found no gas booking .Again I booked gas on dated 15/12/08 & 23/12/2008 But gas not receive on till date, and there no response from Agency.

I request to you please confirmation the above problem. I hope my problem solution as soon as possible .

HPCL GAS AGENCIES — Delivery time extended without information

Dear Sir,

I have booked HPCL Gas on 03.01.2011 and delivery date given 07.01.2011, but when my person gone to office then they told her to deliver Gas cylinder to another person (I think in Black) and they have told us to booked another one time (that means for one cylinder two times have to book). When asked him they are telling (in hindi-koi ghar me nahi, ghar band hai, aisavaisa).

my consumer no. 607075 with the name of Ashok shrivatava with two cylinders and my distributor"s code 11831700. My distributor always says that after one cylinder delaivery we take another cylinder request after 21days and then supply after or withen week and say this is HP GAS COMPANY"s POLICY IT IS TRUE ?

Myself Mr.S.S.Bhatia is a customer of hp gas n the agency from where it gets delivered is kumar gas agency,cama lane,ghatkopar-(w)
I have booked the gas on 23rd feb and still i haven't received the gas,my gas booking number is 161177 and this is not the first time its taking place.This problem is always been faced by me and many other consumers.In spite of my repeated complaints they haven't delivered the cylinder and now they don't even attend the call.
I hope you will take an action against it and help your consumers to get gas cylinders at ease.

Myself subhankar chakraborty,i am from kolkata,and last 8months me & my family was faced gas cylinder booking & delivery problem, our gas office is located at laketown kolkata,they cant pick up call,they given other consumer gas,those are booked gas letter from us,its just only money & some other people given extra money,we are not given any extra rupees.So as its my request please solution the situation and i known them those are done that type of crime.so please take some action regarding that.so wait for ur action reply

HP Gas — No delivery of gas cylinder from the HP Gas store .

I feel sorry to inform you that I have not received cylinder from the HP gas store .we always facing problem in delivery of cylinders not only me all people staying here and fed up with delay in cylinder delivery. Our Area Agent is not supplying the cylinder at proper place and they are supplying HP Cylinders on black , when we need we are getting HP Cylinder on black basis after paying Rs.500/- So you are requested to take earliest action & oblige.there are very long lines of customers and many of the customers return back to the home without cylinder daily and Our Area Agent is supplying the cylinder after 2 months.

HP Gas — DELIVERY

I booked gas for home delivery on17.06.11 but till today 29.06.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency...

This Is Not The First Instance That It Has Happened We Have Already Faced Problems Many A Times And Have Also Made Complaints To The Ho Gas Office At VIJAYAWADA. We Receive Prompt Service Once We Make A Complaint. But It Is Not Possible To Make A Complaint Every Time Soon After We Make Bookings With Our Dealer Each And Every Time. I Dont Understand Why Hp Is Not Looking Into This Matter Seriously And Not Taking Any Stringent Actions Against The Dealer. Every Time We Call Our Dealer He Says That He Is Out Of Stock Or The Stock Are Not Recieved And We Have More Demand Than Supply. What Hp Is Doing?????? If they are not able to supply they should stop their business.

HP Gas Agency — Delay in gas delivery

Last month I got a new connection of HP. I am provided with only one cylinder.
I got the first cylinder on my new connection on 9th June 2011.
My cylinder got over after 40 days approx. I made a call for new cylinder on 20th July.
I was told that I will get only after 15 days.
Now What I will do in these 15 days.
