[Resolved]  HP Gas Agency, Peerless Nagar, Shop No. 61, Panihati, Sodepur, West Bengal,[protected] — Late delivery of Gas Cylinder

Gas cylinder vide consumer no. 606528 has not been received although 46 days expired as the gas booked on 28.07.2011 after 21 days from the date of last cylinder received. It is almost a regular feature of this agency to harass the customer though the Gas Cylinder is an essential commodity. You are therefore requested to look into the matter as this problem is not for this consumer no. but it is a general practice of this agency. In fact I personally met with the HP GAS AGENCY, PEERLESS NAGAR, SHOP NO. 61, PANIHATI, SODPUR, WEST BENGAL,[protected] on as well as with the Godown Keeper & delivery man on 20.08.2011 both of them but till date neither the Cylinder has been delivered nor any information received from the Gas station. Waiting for a positive decision at an earliest date. Moreover the attitude of the agency towards customer is very poor and it is common with all.
