On 28th may 2012 @ 05:30Pm i received a message that your gas will deliver within next 48hours...after about in a half hour another message came from hp gas that ..."Your booking is cancelled".
It's very bad!

the Gas agency team is very pathetic and rude in behavior and not co-operative at all.
Just wasting time of consumers and non functional.
Very bad and pathetic service.
No Tracker for complaints and call logs.
Keeping calls on hold for more than 1/2 hrs
No call transfers to manager on demand
I reqeust you to take a strict action against such a emplyees and agnecy too.
