HP Gas Agency Salarpur Noida — Inadvertent delays in delivery

My consumer number is 619167. I stay in Kendriya Vihar, sector 82, Noida. My dealer of HP Gas is Shiv Sai Gas Agency, Salarpur, Noida - 201301.
Whenever I make a booking, invariably, the cylinder is delivered in more than 15 days. This time, they have even crossed their limits and it's been 17 days but the cylinder is not delivered yet. I stay just in 5 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the cylinder on time.
I keep calling the gas agency people, at least, 10 times a day. Most of the time, phone is either busy or they don't pick it up.And, if they pick, they either don't talk properly or make false promises. It's sheer wastage of my time and resources. It seems as if I made a mistake taking HP gas connection and now paying for that.
I don't understand why govt don't take citizens seriously against such people.

your complaint is the same as of mine.i'm staying in vivek vihar sec 82.i'm writing their sales officers no..just make a complaint to him and these people will work in order.the numer is [protected].

Delayed in delivery of gas cylender.

My comsumer No. is 611019 and I stay in K.V-II Sector-82 Noida. I booked on 16/8/2010 for supply of gas cylender. It is now more than 20 days. I repeatedly requested to deliver. However, nothing has been done. Most of the time the phone is busy or never picked up. Some action have tobe taken against agent namely Shive Sai Gas.

Whenever I make a booking, invariably, the cylinder is delivered in more than 11 days. This time, they have even crossed their limits and it's been 22 days but the cylinder is not delivered yet. I stay just in 1 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the cylinder on time.
I keep calling the gas agency people, at least, 30 times a day. Most of the time, phone is either busy or they don't pick it up.And, if they pick, they either don't talk properly or make false promises.When I called Agency gas to 17 october booking to the gas, they said we are not booking on phon, going on agency get booking
then i go on agency and gas booked on 28 october when i'm going 28 October for takeing cylinder they said: Get booking from phon will then.
Booking by phone on 9 November is a lot of adversity. Our family is big 6 member in our family and we have only one connection

There is NO option in Salarpur- Bhangel, because all this happening in presence of Bhange & salarpur police

My dealer of HP Gas is Shiv Sai Gas Agency, Salarpur, Noida - 20130 mai salrar pur me rahata hu our apana conection karwaya to rent agreement, pan card, DL diye parntu hamesa kuch n kuchh bahana banakar hamara form reject kar deta hai our kahane par kahta hai phir rent agreement karwa kar layo, hame january se march ke beech me 2 cylinder milna tha subsidy wala parntu mujhe ek cylinder mila our kaha ki form reject hone ke karan apko april month se subsidy wala cylender milega. March month me RS. 938 dena hoga, hum logp se kahata hai ki 21 days ke baad nomber lagao, delivery ka koi days nahi hai kabhi booking date ke 15 ya 20 din ke baad bhi cylinder mil jai to ganimat hai? saal 8 ya 9 cylinder mil pate hai...plese solve this problem, our home delivery nahi mil pata hai gas jab ki agency our hum log 1 km ki duri par rahte hai..best regards...raj kumar

HP Gas — Unable to login

Sir, I had registered in HP Gas online consumer portal almost 6 months back. But now I am unable to login.to my HP Gas Account, Consumer no : 606553, My mail id : laison.[protected]@gmail.com Pls solve my problem as early as possible.

Whenever I booked cylinder direct to agency cylinder is deliver within 2 days but, when i booked cylinder through onlinline booking or booking no. it delivered after 10 days not on time. i using this connection for 9 month but single refil mentioned in my record, i confirmed with HP customer care.
