I have domestic Gas connection no. 514319 in the name of D.R. Kathurias with H P Gas at Shivalik gas Co, Barewal road , Ludhiana 141001 punjab India.It has become almost IMPOSSIBLE to book a gas on phone with this agency.They dont answer phone calls at all. Being a working woman I have no time to run around to book a cylinder and then to get one. I am fed up with the careless attitude of the staff of this agency.
Now after booking which has done about 25 days earlier i am not able to receive the gas cylinder.

this amounts to sheer harassment of the consumer.
Will someone please look into this immediately.

my connection no. is 510144 by the name of ramesh chand and i am facing the problem of on line booking, they people working their did not bother answer the phone calls... and i am facing this problem from last 4 months and i am having no time to go and book the gas at there office ...so plz see this matter seriously
