[Resolved] Hp Gas — Cylinder Leakage | |
I am a consumer of HP Gas under the dealer M/s ISHWARLAL MOHANLAL PARIKH agency in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. Pls. ensure them to strictly follow the timing from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm to ensure the customers convenience rather than theirs. The Emergency Service Number (12665) mentioned is not valid, if a consumer needs an emergency after office hours whom should they contact as there is no Mobile number & Landline number mentioned for recuse, the said information is not even availble in service forms In case of emergency there is no landline or mobile number reflected in the counterfoil received to the customer on purchasse of cylinder On changing the cylinder when we switch on the regulator there is a smell observed, we initaily thought there could be some problem with gasket, we have done the serving also [[protected]], After servicing 2 months back same incidence occured the technician came & rectified it again. Details of Servicing: Mechanic Gaikwad N D Regulator: 7 Cylinder/ D B C-2 Consumer No: 617871 My concern is how many times i need to do followup's for such problems, it has become a recurring activity, there is a need to have emergency service active 24/7 if possible a tool free number that can be dialled using landline as well as mobile Was this information helpful? | |
