HP Gas — query about transfer

How can i transfer my gas connection when agency is terminated in area?
Is it possible with net?

    Sir,

    Due to Fire on 21/4/2009 in our House Located at Gawdewad Korgoa an Explosion of LPG gas cylinder has happened along with the stove and1 LPG gas cylinder got Damaged . The connection of this LPG cylinder was on the name of My brother Late : MR. Kalpesh Vaman Thali.
    So I Mr. Sarvesh Vaman Thali brother of Late Mr. Kalpesh Thali has given an Appication to the GGP gas service who is the Dealer for HP Gas in Pernem about the Replacement of HP gas cylinder along with the stove in the name of Smt.Anita Vaman Thali (Mother of Kalpesh Thali) r/o Gawdewada, Korgao, Pernem Goa.
    The exact cause of Fire could not be detected as per Fire Unit from Pernem . The report from the Fire Unit Pernem is attached to the Application that is Given to Dealer of HP gas in Pernem.

    They do not have Clear Idea about the action plan on this Application about replacement.

    Requsting You to look into the matter and take action on the same.

      Recently I have shiifted from Mumbai to Kolkata on transfer. In Kolkata I am residing in Tollygunge area. For reconnection when I approached your dealer in Naktala during the begining of the month, I was told that they do not have any stationery in which they can issue renewed valid papers. They even informed that the stationery is even short at your end. They also assured me once it connects they would call me and inform about the same.

      I am surprised that your being such a reputed organisation how come you go short of stationeries.

      Its already 10 days since I last visited your dealer, and I am yet to recieve a phone call from them.

      May I know the actual reason ?

      Awaiting a reply at the earliest.

      Recently, I have shifted from Durgapur to Liluah for placing my job. But, during reconnection of hp gas, distributor(Ajoy Trading, Liluah, Dist-Howrah)demands the Ration card of present address. I have ration card of my permanent address (Durgapur).It is impossible for anyone to make huge Ration card of different address.
      What I have to do to get reconnection?

        Respected sir,
        I have compaint regarding delay in refilled HP gas cylinder, not giving rebate (Rs. 8/-) on non home delivary.

        As I am a single cylinder consumer of HP gas, I have complaint regarding delay in refill booking gas. I booked request for refill cylinder on 27th April 2008, still today I had not got the cylinder refilled. This happens several time (after complaint to HP cms center, two or three month ) and they will make ) I have to make complaint for the same reason to HP online complaint CMS center http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/cms/search.aspx

        Even though spot refill cylinder are available daily in morning 9 to 10 am. Which is available after waiting in long queue. Home delivery cylinders they are making unnecessary delay. As I also visited 3 to 4 time ask for the same and every time they assured me, today it will be available at my door. So I request you to make convenient arrangement to get my cylinder refill.

        As you know that gas is necessary for cook the food, and food is require survive.

        To refill the cylinders for non-home delivery they are not giving rebate (Rs. 8/-) and receipt of that one are taken back at the same time.

        I request you to suggest the way for getting the easiest way to get my cylinder refilled back as earlier as possible.

        HP Gas Cylinder — Not refilling the cylinder in time

        We are a regular customer of HP Gas and living in tribune Society, near air port chowk, raipur khurd, Chandigarh. We are not able to get cylinders from last two months. Whole society is complaing for the same issue. We call so many time in the agency sector 27 but most of the time their phone get engage or onece in a while if we able to contact them then they said simply that tomorrow we will send but that tomorrow never comes. Pls take the suitable action.

        HP home cooking gas — Delay in receipt of cooking gas

        Home cooking gas booked on 28/08/2010. After 33 days received a message, after my personal contact woth the agency, that gas will be delivered within 48 hrs. but the next 2 days are closed holidays and finally iwill be getting the gas supply on next monday or tuesday. Why so much delay for the genuine costumer who is availing only one cylinder in a month. My Cosumer No 621444 ernakulam Kerala.

          Hi,

          My consumer # is 617418. I do not get delivery of gas on time in any month I book. Everytime I book, they do not even send me in 2 weeks time. I have to go personally to get the cylinder. This time I am calling the agency every day, and they say they will give today, tommorrow like this. But never they come.

          Pls help. I am in urgent need. thanks!

          we have been trying to contact for gas cylinder replacement for the last several days (today sep 08, 2010 wed) all the 4-5 telephone numbers we have got of ratna gas agencies kukatpally all in vain wasting hours of precious time. so their appointment must be terminated immediately and a more responsible party appointed in their place, imposing very heavy penalties for having caused so much of inconvenience to so many customers for so long. their numbers are[protected], 23054003, 23490003, 20040943
          Not delivering cylinder since one month just tell us we will delivery to day compulsory i am also complaint to government officials my consumer No .is 606942
          The Ratna Gas Agencies are such a pain and not at all customer friendly, firstly it takes hours to get their line, only one phone line is working. After they recieve the call, they talk very rudely and drop the call even before the conversation is done.
          Their service too is very very pathetic. We have booked on 1st Sept and we havent received the refill untill now, previously I was with a different HP dealer and they used to refill in 2-3 days at max and they were also very courteous and service-oriented.
          Really, Like another unhappy customer mentioned, their license/franchisee should be revoked and granted to a more serious person.

          Honestly, I do not know how much this complaint will work but I really am hoping it will. Please help us unfortunate customers of HP.

          Worst service from them... even the call didnt connect after trying hrs... if even it connected they didnt lift or if they lift they will behave rudely...
          We are surviving on hotels from past few days but my baby boy(6 months old) is suffering a lot due to your unavailability.

            I am a consumer of HP GAS, My consumer no- 613920. Hota Gas Enterprise, Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Orissa, 757001. I want to inform the following complain for your kind information and necessary action.

            1. Their office phone no of Hota Gas is[protected]. They are not receiving the call at office hour.Plz verify this.
            2. They are not supplying the gas cylinder in time. (after booking)
            3. They are supplying domestic gas cylinder for commercial use. So, we the domestic user facing problem.

              I book my gas cylinder on 27/04/09 but yet not received the same. and when i call in office they are in so hurry that they can't listen your comments and said to visit in office.
              Can we visit in hp office instead we work in our office, and then only they give the so called response, is this is correct? That we stop our job work and attend the Gas office for the Gas cylinder. then why the customer care no is given to customer, if we visit every time to hp office.

              My gas cylinder is empty today, please respond me and please arrange to send the cylinder today itself.

                Due to monopoly of hp gas agency of bhatapara every one is facing problems every day

                1 irregular supply of gas
                2 don't even they supply
                3 don't work according to terms and condition
                4 charge extra for new connection
                5 they charge more than double for new connection
                6 their is problem in my burner and 3 year warranty but they don't replace and agency is closed every time open for 9-10am only

                hp gas agency of bhatapara don't supply gas regularly and office is always closed...please take immediate action against this problem

                  I am your domestic gas customer from Ankleshwar ( Gujrat)
                  As per rule applied for gas connection transfer to Maharastra due my inter location transfer from ankleshwar to Mumbai ( maharastra)
                  but due to some internet problemm at dealer which changed before last two month who have no any internet service so lot of customers connection transfer is pending from last month
                  please look this matter serious and help to dealer for broad band connection which will service will became fast

                    I am holding card No [protected].I did not receive my card statement since July 08.For making payment of outstanding amount I am receiving message thru SMS only and I am making payment accordingly.As usual I have received a SMS on 23/04/09 about my due amount of Rs 23030.20 for the payment and last date of payment is 10/05/09.According to me this outsatanding amount is not correct hence I require all the statements from July 08 onwards for transaction details so that I can reconcile my outstanding amount.Failing above I won't be able to make the payment on due date.

                      Yesterday ie. on 24.04.09 i went to HP petrol bunk on beach road to refill my motorcycle.
                      I always use unleaded... but i saw that the price per litre of petrol was written as 47.0 (approx) and i understood that it is not normal petrol.


                      So i asked the bunk boy (actually a aged man) whether normal petrol is not available. The man first didnt even take care of my question. After my repeated questioning he started abusing in bad language and said we have petrol only for 47 rs. if you want take it otherwise run away from here.

                      I told him i will go and report in his office regarding his behaviour with customers. But the man was fearless and said you do whatever you can.

                      This was really insulting for me... I was not able to do anything at that moment.
                      The bunk boy's name was D. RAJAN and also what i observed was that none of the hp boys were wearing clean uniforms, all of them very dirty. That itself creates a uneasy feeling and on top of it boys were misbehaving with customers. So i want to bring this to HP petrol bunks notice.

                      HP must bring there standard in par with shell whose customer service is very good... i dont mind paying 50 rs per litre in such a enivornment like SHELL whose quality as well as the customer service is very good...

                        This is K.B.senthil kumar from Pondicherry. My consumer number is 618729, my mobile:[protected]
                        My distributor is M/S Muthu Agencies, pondy. I want to know to what is the exact price of one filled cylinder to the distributor & what price dose the consumer has to pay to the distributor, and weather the consumer has to pick the cylinder from the distributor or the delivery man will deliver the cylinder. Weather the delivery person has the salary or the consumer has to pay, because I have problem the delivery man is commanding us to give extra Rs 15/-.and for your kind information as a consumer I dose not know what is the price of a cylinder I have to pay

                        Hindustan Petroleum Gas — delivery of gas booked 3-4th aug 08

                        dear sir,
                        pl note we had booked gas to Soham Gas agency in Thane alomost a month back, our gas at home got over today and we are in a fix as no one is picking up phone at this gas agency..

                        Hindustan Petroleum Gas — late in delivery,charging extra payment and less gas in seal packed cylinder

                        Dear Sir,

                        We are a customer of HP gas, (No. 1318, Dist. Navjivon Jyoti at Moradabd). Last time when cylinder was delivered, sealded cylinder was approximately 4Kg less. After complaining many times to the delivery man Mr. Gupta, so far cylinder is not been replaced. Also we have applied for next refilling on 22nd Nov. 2008. So far filled cylinder is not supplied after 15 days. Please take the necessary action for above mentioned complained.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is with regret I have to give a complaint that to say the delivery boys who deliver gas are taking Rs.20 as delivery charge for one cylinder and if we refuse to pay the delivery charge then the next booking is delibratedly delayed. The bills are not given and i am having one cylinder and paying for every refill 300 rupees. But later i found that the gas refill prices have come down and i am being asked to pay 300only even if am a one cylnder holder. There is no step taken by the gas agency on this since I think they get their share on the total sum collected by the delivery mans

                          Please take immediate steps to correct this and please helps us in trapped from the delivery mans who are demanding and commanding us.

Now my family members are increment so I Strongly needed another extra cylender last 2 month I continuously complaint against my gas agency "Jotica Gas Agency", But You Dont look at this matter.

                              Cylinder Leakage

                              I am a consumer of HP Gas under the dealer M/s ISHWARLAL MOHANLAL PARIKH agency in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

                              Pls. ensure them to strictly follow the timing from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm to ensure the customers convenience rather than theirs.

                              The Emergency Service Number (12665) mentioned is not valid, if a consumer needs an emergency after office hours whom should they contact as there is no Mobile number & Landline...

                              HP Petrol pump attendants are hopeless. Today I filled petrol for Rs 300 near Chandralayout. He stopped near 299.80 and asked me to move. When asked he clearly said that only 20 paise na what will happen?
                              He asked me to move to side so that he can serve others. Given the fact that even beggars don't accept 20 paise, these people have attitude worser than them. This is not the first time they are doing this.

                              Cheaters!!! lemme tell u my experience..
                              I was in a queue for filling petrol.. Person before me filled for 30 rupees.. An attender asked me for how much would i wish to fill? i replied him saying full tank. and was very alert as, every time they find all possible ways to cheat!! He started filling from 30 rupess as in, he continued from the same meter.. Anyways i was alert and i blasted him and called the nearby traffic police and got more 30rupees filled.. This is not the only incident, next time when i had been there i saw an mid aged women fighting.. These kind of cheaters should be punished... Because of these few people other attenders are also getting bad names.. At last i would like to pass a message to all "Please be alert while you are filling petrol, Beware of cheater!!!"
                              I had been to one of the HP petrol pump, I Filled petrol for 300rs, unfortunatly the attender refuse to swipe my Imint card along with my debit card, this is not the way to behave with the customers, He told he will not swipe these cards.If I want Imint credits then what can I do why we should search only for HP petrol Pumps.
                              Hello Raghavendra, I know this petrol bunk very well...they are big time cheaters...i stay close to this bunk...when u go there the guy never shows the zero reading...he always tries to cheat...sometimes the strategy is that one guy starts filling petrol and another guy starts distracting with questions like how do u want to pay or there is an offer about some reward points etc...PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PETROL BUNK!!!
                              On 26th April 2011 I have filled 3 ltr. petrol. Normally my bike giving 50-55KM. After filling petrol became emptly for 84 KM insted comes min. 150 or 140KM. Then only I come to know that while filling cash collecter fellow try to divert my attention by asking "How was this bike sir and what is the cost of this bike sir". Then attender might be filled 2 ltr. or 1.5 Lt. Please take necessary action consult person. I ask them please go as a common customer then only they come to know what their cheating methodology.                                 I have booked the Cylinder on 7th April and till today it is not delivered. I spoke to agency on l1th april also and they told it will be delivered on same day and unfortunately it is not happened.
                                Big issue is they dont receive a customer call regularly. I have to try at-least 50 times to speak to agency people. Since yesterday i am calling them but nobody receiving calls in all the given numbers. Sometime i get engaged tone also on the same numbers but when bell rings, no body picks up. They don't entertain incoming calls on regular basis.

                                I have booked one gas cylinder but I have been informed that I have to collect the Gas cylinder from the distributor's godown as their delivery staff in not working. When I went to collect the Gas cylinder, the distributor asked me to pay additional Rs.210/- apart from the cost of Gas Cylinder towards Rubber pipe and inspection charges, while my rubber pipe is brand new and recently the inspection has been done. When I refused to pay the amount, he (Mr. Pandit) told me that my connection will be cancelled and he will see that I should not get any Gas cylinder. They are using foul languages too even with a lady. They are simply harasshing the customers and black mailing them to pay Rs.210/- extra for each cylinder in the name of inspection and Gas pipe charges. How they can inspect the Gas connection simply by sitting in Air conditioned office and issue a receipt for that too, I dont know.More over they should give a dicount of Rs.8/- per cylinder if a customer is collecting the cylinder from their godown, but instead of that discount they are charging Rs.315/- ( while the selling price is Rs.310/75 per cylinder for home delivery). I request you kindly appoint some one to look into the matter and save us from the gundagiri of your distributor. I would be vey happy if the distributorship of this person is cancelled.My consumer no. is 608759 and I am registered with : SUMIT ENTERPRISES, Shop No.188, Sector 7 Mkt, FARIDABAD.                                 I have booked HP Gas Refill cylinder on 17th July, 2013 # 292807 by SMS booking facility from my mobile phone [protected]

                                I have received SMS on 14th August, 2013 HP Gas Booking No 292807 Subsidized cash memo 110266 Dated 14.08.13 Rs. 442/- your Refill will be delivered shortly.

                                Again I have received SMS on 17th August, 2013 HP Gas refill delivered on 17.08.13 vide cash memo no. 110266 and till today it is not delivered.

                                Big issue is they don’t attend customer call as normally. I have to try at least 50 times to speak to agency persons.                                 Finally today I personally visited my GAS Agency office and I came to know that my Gas refill cylinder is delivered to some other customer for extra money by the delivery boy and they have given me complaint form for written complaint. I have signed the form and I have been told that it will get delivered on same day or next day.

                                At last getting no other way I have put forth my grievances before you for your kind interfere into the matter, impart suitable direction to the gas distributor and enable me to get the refill cylinder at the earliest for which act of your kindness I shall remain ever grateful and oblige.

                                  I AM A CONSUMER OF HP DOMESTIC GAS, CONSUMER NO 609478. I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS CYLINDERE ON 20.03.2009, THE BOOKING NO AS GIVEN OVER PHONE IS 139108 WITH ASURENCE OF DELIVERY WITHIN 5 TO 7 DAYS. AFTER REQUESTING SEVERAL TIMES TILL TODAY GAS CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVE OVER PHONE. EVERYTIME GAS IS DELIVERED NOT LESS THAN 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING. I HAVE ONLY ONE CYLINDER & HENCE FACING TREMENDUS PROBLEM. FOR DOUBLE CYLIDER...

                                  Sir, I the undersigned preetam chipre was a regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators at Marathalli next to Brand factory.
                                  This is the second time i am facing this problem and the latest was on 28th March 09, This you can try it your self . Go with a vehicle which doesnt have a fuel gauge/indicator and ask him to fill petrol of 300/- or more, he will try to divert your attention by asking change or something other by the time you look around the filling of the petrol is finished,
                                  Such kind of service and fraudulent behavior in pumps baring your company name only serves the purpose of tarnishing the company name and alienate customers from visiting HP pumps when given a choice. I personally have heeded to advices of my friends and stopped visiting HP pumps in other parts of the city where there is a choice.
                                  Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.

                                  I don't want to disclose my identity thats why I am not writing any name. But this same happened with me 2-3 times. And two of my friends also found the same but luckily for one friend, his brother was watching the meter which petrol filling guyz were not aware of. The guy who is collecting money, he will come and disturb you saying that he has some offer and in the mean time the petrol filling guy will stop the button and set that to desired one. I have not face this issue in any other petrol pump in marathalli, indiranagar region except marathalli HP Petrol pump. If some body catches the flaw then manager will come and after some argue he will give order to fill properly. I don't know it is the crime done by petrol filling guy or the full petrol pump authority is inside this game.

                                  Any body can cross verify this. Just go alone in bike or car. Just notice no body is there around you and ask for 300-500 bucks petrol. 75% chance that you will be cheated.

                                    the petrol bunk opposite MRF Tarapore towers, anna salai, chennai-600002 always supply less amount of petrol.. i ve experienced this 3 to 4 times. i usually fill in petrol in my bike for hundred Rs . But the guy at the station always takes it as 40 rs n fills in only for 40 rs.. then when i tel him he innocently fills in for thr remaining 60 rs. but i always felt the needle never reached the usual point where it reaches when i fill in other bunks. The trick here is he never resets the device back to "0" before filling the 60 rs. hence peoplw lose money out here. i entered into argument but he insisted it ws mere communication gap. kindly see into that matter and do the needful.

                                    Today Morning I went to fiil petrol in one hp petrol bunk opposite to mariyamma temle in tin factroy
                                    .Every time I go there they try cheat me. and the quantity and quality of petrol is very poor. The sales person there are very rude .In between filling the petrol they try to divert our attention by asking so many unwanted queries.This is not I am fooled, many of the customers are telling this . SO I request you kindly see the matter urgently .
