DEAR SIR, I HAVE A HP GAS CYLINDER(AGENCY SHIV TEJ ENTERPRISE GEETA COLONY DELHI 110031) IN THE NAME OF SURJEET KAUR SANDHU R/O 9/1634 GANDHI NAGAR DELHI 110031 MY CONSUMER ID CODE IS 620952. I BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 7 APRIL AND AGAIN REMINDER CALL ON 23 MAY. BUT STILL I NOT GOT MY REFILL CYLINDER. WHEN I WENT TO AGENCY(SHIV TEJ ENTERPRISES) THEY SAID WE ALLREADY DELEVER IN YOUR ADRESS BUT NOTHING HAD COME. AND I WAS SURPRISE WHEN I NOTICE THAT THEY SELL CONSUMER CYLINDER IN BLACK. THEY ALSO DEMANDED MONEY FROM ME TO GET CYLINDER IN BLACK. KINDLY TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM. HP Gas — Black selling of LPG Cylinder

we have HP Gas Agency in our town Kheragarh(agra). Agency dealer does not give cyclender on proper time & says always stock over recently I tallked for new connection first of all he refused that no connection available now but latet he gave on this condition that Gas will be given After
45 day not before. now going on wedding time so he does black sale of Gas Cyl. he made aconnection book
for 270 Rs. & not given any Receipt. When I wanted to take new cyclender also than he says that you will have to take even Gas chulha for that he charges about 1000 Rs. which market cost is just 550 RS. than he got only Conn. Book not Cyclender.
many people are Sick of him.
