[Resolved]  HP Gas Distributor M/S Devidayal Enterprises — Contact Telephone Nos always kept on hold

It has always been a nightmare to book the consumer refill Cylinder from the Distributor M/s Devidayal Enterprises , Sector 8 , Rohini, Delhi-85. You keep on dialing the Telephone nos. 27940639 or 27940104 or [protected] printed on the consumer copy of theCash Memo and it will be your fortunate day if the line is available after 3 to 4 hours. You will always get BUSY tone on all the three numbers and even after visiting the distributor personally and caoxing them to send the refill cylinder you have to wait for atleast 2to 3 days. Even we tried to contact the dealer through Telephone exchange no. 27941000, the lady on the MTNL side told that it is invariably kept held and she too books her cylinder by personally visiting the Distributor.

Will somebody at HP Gas give some attention to this perenial problem being faced by the consumers of Sector 8 & 9 Rohini Delhi-85??

devi dayal enterprizes — engaged phone lines

my consumer no is 404696.whenever i booked gas on phone, lines are always engaged and therefore we suffer lots of problems. last one week we booked gas on emergency no. but we got no response from your side. please help us so that we dont have problems in future.

You are absolutely Right.I always observe the same thing even I am trying to book the gas since last two days either the phone is engaged or no answer. This is ridiculous
Me too trying to conatct from last 3 days on Ph. 27940104, 27940639 but all in van ... This is ridiculous... :-(
the services of devi dayal enterprise is far below the satisfactory level. to book a consumer refill cylinder is become very very difficult task and at any fortunate day your phone get coneected and you booked your cylinder then also it will take at least 10 days to reach your door.
can some body do something in this matter.

I have booked refill cylinder from the Distributor M/s Devidayal Enterprises, Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi-85 on 24/12/2009 by phone [protected], I got the message on 3/01/2010 that within 48 hrs you get refill, till date 11/01/2010 i do not receive the refill. Last time also after 15 days of booking when i went to their office then only i got the refill. What the hell this agency service is? Certainly some type of legal case this agency deserved.

DEAR ALL THE PROBLEM IS GENUINE BUT THE SOLUTION WILL BE COME IF SOME OF CONSUMER WILL BE LODGE A COMPLAINED IN CONSUMER FORUM.

One month back I have booked Gas but the gas cylender not yet delivered. Consumer No.618036. Plz deliver the gas at the earliest at E-2/236, Sector.11 Rohini, Delhi. Shall be grateful.
yes we r also facing the same problem even after 4 years of this complaint. i think no body is listening to us . not even H P.
We don't call for booking a cylinder, but We always receive a message from Devi Dayal Enterprises that your Cylinder has been booked and will reach you by tomorrow, but as our cylinder not empty, so we say that we have not ordered for the same, they cancel it, but our 1 cylinder is less in the list of 6.
And many times they themselves cancel the delivery...

Please help to solve this matter, as we are unable to understand "What is this" ?
