[Resolved]  HP Gas / Quick Gas Service, Uttarpara Hooghly. — Delay Gas service

Several times we have contact with the Distributor for supply the gas cylinders in proper time..We have booked the gas cylinder on 28.01.10..but till now we have not received the same....so please suggest me that what we will do now...?
I have also logged a complain in HP consumer care the complain no is 0903487...They are not responding...We are waiting for your reply....

ADDRESS: 21-A, COLLEGE ROAD, PO: NABAGRAM, RLY. STN. KONNAGAR, NEAR HIRA LAL PAUL COLLEGE, DIST: HOOGHLY, PIN: 712246.

I HAVE BOOKED ON 15.02.2010 FOR REFILLING OF CYLINDER BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER FROM UTTARPARA/RISHRA QUICK GAS SERVICE CENTRE.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER MOST SERIOUSLY AS WE ARE FACING GREAT HARDSHIP FOR WANT OF GAS CYLINDER IN OUR HOUSE.
