HP Gas — delay in supply of cylender
iam a regular customer of hp gas. i had been trying to book a cylinder. but there deliviery service is so slow that even after getting it register for more then 15days. they just dont proceed the order. we are facing trouble because of their lack of service attitude. i want my cylinder delivered as soon as possibe.thank you

HP Distributor at Uttarpara, Hooghly, W B particularly their delivery men as well their staff members are highly arrogant towards customer. Instead of extending service their behavior is as if they obliging the cutomer. They need to be hauled up

when ever i book for cylender on computerised. no. is given for booking, but not receiving the supply with in a week.When we call again to compterised center there is no option for complaint of non receiving of gas cylender.so we have to book it again.allways it takes ten to fifteen days.and twice booking.
