HP GAS/Quick Gas Service,Uttarpara Hooghly. Complaints - Delay Gas service. My consumer no is 615438 Distributor is Quick Gas Service, Uttarpara , 287 G T Road, Hooghly. Distributor code is 958670 I had booked for delivery of filled in Gas cylinder on 25.02.2010 vide serial no 1743 dt 25.02.10.(Distributor Rishra Branch) As on date i,e 29.03.10 I am yet to get the supply. Whenever telephones calls are made the reply is the cylinder would reach today The less you talk of their delivery the better it is. I shall urge upon you to advise the distributor to effect supplies immediately. An early action would be highly appreciated. HP Gas — delay in supply of cylender
iam a regular customer of hp gas. i had been trying to book a cylinder. but there deliviery service is so slow that even after getting it register for more then 15days. they just dont proceed the order. we are facing trouble because of their lack of service attitude. i want my cylinder delivered as soon as possibe.thank you

HP Distributor at Uttarpara, Hooghly, W B particularly their delivery men as well their staff members are highly arrogant towards customer. Instead of extending service their behavior is as if they obliging the cutomer. They need to be hauled up

when ever i book for cylender on computerised. no. is given for booking, but not receiving the supply with in a week.When we call again to compterised center there is no option for complaint of non receiving of gas cylender.so we have to book it again.allways it takes ten to fifteen days.and twice booking.
