[Resolved]  HP Gas (Sri Venkateswara Gas Agency) — Pathetic Customer Support

This is the complaint against M/S SRI VENKATESWARA GAS AGENCY (HP GAS AUTHORISED DEALER) located at Kushaiguda, Hyderabad. This company is serving by supplying HP GAS Cylinders to the surrounding areas. The problem with this agency is very pathetic customer support. Whenever a new booking has to be made on phone, all the provided three numbers will always busy (24/7) and the employees respond very harshly to the customers both on telephone and by person. We, the customers of this agency got vexed by booking a gas cylinder on phone and were subjected and forced to visit the Agency for the new booking. This is really a terrible thing. We stay at some long distances from the agency and might not be able to visit. The provided numbers are[protected]/92/93. Whenever we call on those numbers we get nothing but a busy tone always. Hence I request the government to kindly look into this problem. And we would be obliged if the problem is fixed permanently ASAP.
