As discussed, the card is already temporary hotlisted on 02/06/2011 by call center executive. The customer has to fill the fresh form to get the replacement card.
Also, please note the card needs to be permanently hotlisted in order to successfully process the replacement card form.
Please mention Ref id: 3410 for further communication regarding this issue.
