[Resolved]  Hp Gas — To update my registration mobile number

I have lost my old number [protected], which was registered to online registration of refilling. Now I want to update this number to register the new refilling. Now I want to register with my new number [protected]. So update it or guide me how to update it.

HP Gas — No availability of Gas

I am the nephew of Mohammed Haneef HP gas ID number 630914. I have requested for the gas on urgent basis because this the first time that i have came across such a incident that my gas is done within 20 days itself.First of all am suppose to book a gas on after 20 days after the delievery and now more on this after making a booking on the 20th or on the 21st day the agency says that they will deliver the new one between 7-10 days. That means a clear picture of a month. If my gas gets over on the 20th days that means am suppose to live without food for next 7 to 10 days. When i asked the same question to the agency they say its up to me. Well then i would say this kind of customer service is the worst one that i have seen in my life. I want to ask one thing sir, If there is no availibilty of gas then why have these agencies been kept open for? Just for the employees to come and enjoy with customer. I have seen them shouting on most of the customers not being polite. I understand the situations of the employees but every walk in customer will not be the same. Well this was the first time that i was in a very great need of gas and HP could not helped me. There is a saying which is being taught from the childhood that first impression is the last impression. The first impression that i had with HP was that these people are very helpful and kind understand the needs of the customer. I have a nice line below HP GAS ** Your friendly Gas**. If you are really friendly then i would say a friend in need is a friend indeed. Well anyways this was the first and last time that i have had such an experience next time i will make sure that i dont believe you people anymore that you are HELPFUL. We believed you people therefore we applied for HP to get our food cooked. But no GAS no FOOD therefore no LIFE. I have written this mail today cause i dont have gas at all. If the delievery was done a bit late also i would have not composed this mail.

I booked gas for home delivery on2.12.10 but till today 11.12.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency DEALER CODE is 716640

Dear sir

I booked a gas cylinder on 24 Feb 2021 at 4.30 PM @ rate Rs-788/- . & received Rs-788/- cash memo sms from HP India. But next day hoker calling me Rs. 813/- . I shows my cash memo but he charging Rs 813/-but still I not received any other revised cash memo sms from HP Gas services.

How I pay more money . so I complaint hoker.
