Dear Sir,
I registered under NOTEBOOK STUDENT OFFER-MOTOROLA for MOTOROLA SMART PHONE MOTO Q8 but I've been delivered Moto rokr E8 on 16-Sep-2009 instead of above mentioned mobile phone.
Sir, Isn't it cheating with the costumer? At the time of sale, making false representation for delivery of Moto Q8 with HP Laptop and after sale delivering another mobile phone other than the specified one.
Further sir, As per your mails, first you mailed that my gift has been dispatched on 3-sept, then on my further inquiry I was informed that my gift has been dispatched on 28-Aug-2009.
But gift was dispatched on 10-Sept-2009 and delivered to me on 16-Sept-2009. Everytime I enquired, I was not provided with correct information.
Sir, Please provide me the contact details of higher Officials so that I could convey my complaint to them.
Sir, I didn't hoped such a service from famous company like HP and I'm really disappointed with your service.
Hope you will take quick action and rectify your mistake.
