I have purchased a hp computer from computer land, nehru palace for my friends (Vijay) who live in J&K. A scheme was introduced to me at the time of purchase in which I will get a MFD and UPS on purchase of hp computer for that I have to forward a draft at Chandigarh address. i had purchashed compaq laptop on the month of feb 1st week and send all the requirement document to the hp redemption cell but still i dindt recieved my free gift so i had emailed them regarding this matter.but they response me that firstly wait for 6 weeks then secondly they told me to send the original barcode when i send that and wait for few weeks the response was not so again i emailed them as result they told me that my claim is in progress .then wait for few daysnothing responsei mailed them again they said me that they did'nt recieved the original bar code then when i went to the courier office and inquire about this they told me that it already delivered to the company and company had put the sealed on reciving the barcode then i emailed them about this matter still now they r not response...
