HSBC Bank Credit Card — Remove my name from defaulter list

HSBC — despite payment my name is on defaulters list

sir ,with due respect i want to draw ur attention towards my name in cibil report.can u please tell me why my name is in cibil report despite being paying all my due on time

i had hsbc credit card and one day TATA AIG insurance company called me and asked to take the policies from Tata AIG But i declined there offer but after 1 month my HSBC statement contain the money paid for TATA AIG, i called them more then 5 times to cancel this but it never happened and the amount keep on rising .. so i had to settle the card ..and i endup with my name in cibil default list.. it was the fault of the HSBC credit card department and i have to pay for .. Please do the needfull

I have paid all the claims made by HSBC BANKS Accordongly their demand. They were fully satisfied with my correspondances . I have also received the ZERO BALANCE STATEMENTS FROM Credit card devision.

Please I requst you very humbly to remove my Name from the List of Deafaulters from ICBIL and don't be obstacle in my growing career .
