1. I was a Premier account for last 9 months but never received month end bank statements, After inquiry bank staff said statements are directed through courier service, The courier service has not not come to the appartment nor has left any intimation note of his visit. 2. I had applied for a debit card renewal due to expire, and now it is about a month, I have still not received, I have visited the bank twice to find whereabout of my debit card, Bank staff have NO idea and blaming the Blue dart courier service, The bank staff are poorly trained and useless to customer service.
