[Resolved] HSBC — HSBC: Ms. AS Sudha - VP Customer Service – Fearful/ Veils/ Coward & Uncourageous! | |||
Dear Sir, In continuation to my earlier complaint which is tagged under -https://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/hsbc-personal-loan-chennai-chennai-...⇄ I would like to inform you that the above mentioned official of HSBC played a brutal act of hiding herself and she started avoiding my escalation by informing her peer team members to convey that she is not in her desk or she is meeting and so on. I was p-a-t-i-e-n-t and believed her team members status confirmation. But one fine day they said she is not in her desk and she didnt turn to office today. I was online in my mobile and called her desk from my landline number, she picked my call and got caught. She felt so bad and insulted on her hide out being revealed by her foolish act of cowardness. How can a VP of Customer Service be uncourageous?? She was rude once she came online and tried to cover her folly act by raising her voice - she has sent 10 times email seeking 7 more days of TAT to resolve the case. Now my concern is in HSBC CEO's desk - Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai. She is also not interested in giving a response. HSBC wrongly updated my CIBIL ratings for 3 years and thereby all my financial supports were blocked. HSBC threatened me and my family members by their Debt Management Team wrongly for 3 years after settlement made in 2007. I have the necessary proof for the same.
