[Resolved]  HSBC / Credit Card — Wrong policy charges & harrashment from HSBC telecallers & cheating

My HSBC credit card no is: [protected].

I have wrong TATA AIG policy chareges put on my HSBC credit card.

This issue start on oct 2007, i have recieved callm from TATA AIG for Mediclame Policy, I have listen ompete call but showed no interst in theie policy as i have already had the same policy of diferent company.
But i was shocked to see the insurance policy chares in my mothly statement. regarding this i have called first HCBC custmer care and later TATA AIG .
After lot of calles with TATA AIG they have cancelled my first policy and put new policy of Rs.700. with out my confirmation.
In both the cases i have not recieved any polocy document from TATA AIG. i have recieved only SMS on my cell phone.
For the second policy i have again call TATA AIG but they started taking very roudly & started puting my calles on hold till i cut the call.
Then i have call HSBC cutomer care but they also not helped to resolved the issue.
In May 2008 i have finally blocke my card to sotp the instalments going every mont o TATA AIG, all in when.
In August i have recieved first call from HSBC recovery dept from chennai to whome i have told whole issue of my account, but they said they cant help only suggest me to pay the outstanding.
After that in SEPT i have recived same call from pune how also not helped me.
from OCT 2008 i have recived hundreds of call from delhi, These peoples were taking very roudly and have no manners of taking. I am fedup of there calles & feel harrashed.
In DEC 2008 I have visited PUNE office to rsolve this issue. I meet Mr. Swayam Prakash on 4th Floor. but he also denied to help.
After that i have written lot of mails to [protected]@hsbc.co.in to resolve the issue but not recieved any help.
I had written letters to Mr.K.C.Mahesh & Mr. R. Shankar narayan but not recieved any reply.
In April 2009 i was get cheated by Mr. Sunil Kumar of HSBC caller who told me that he will settel my account in Rs 1000 only the service charges.
I have paid the same to their clloection agent but not recieved any letter from HSBC. Rs.1000 were showed as payment recived in may statement. tw0 days latter i ahev called back to sunil kumar but i was replied that no sunil kumar is working there followed by laughing.
To resolve these issue i ahve called following persons:-
Amit kumar, Rahul, Dharmendra on[protected], 74, 89.

sham prakash[protected]
sunil kumar[protected], 45536090

My last request is that is any one avaliable there in HSBC who have the rights to solve this issue.
if not then dont expect any thing from me.

as per your mail above i am also facing same problem with HSBC and AIG guys...

Please let me know if you got any soultion of this.

i really in tense in order to solve that issue.

MANY THANKS OF POSTING THE ISSUE YOU HAVE HAD WITH HSBC-AIG RELATED. MY EXPERIENCE WITH HSBC BANK'S CREDIT CARD IS VERY BITTER. I HAD 2 CARDS OF HSBC, ONE OF WHICH HAS BEEN SETTLED A FEW MONTHS BACK AT THE PAYMENT OF RS. 6000/, DESPITE MY ACUTE FINANCIAL CRISIS AS I HAVE BEEN OUT OF JOB FOR MORE THAT A YEAR. THE HAD STARTED ISSUING ME THE LAWYER'S NOTICE FROM A LAWYER FIRM OF HSBC NEW DELHI CALLED ''JUS-JURIS". SO I ALSO FORWARDED 2 LAWYER'S NOTICES TO HSBC AND ULTIMATELY THEY CALLED ME AND REQUESTED ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF RS.6000/ TO GET THE FINAL SETTLEMENT LETTER. SO I COMPLIED WITH & MADE THE PAYMENT. NOW AGAIN JUST AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY FELL WITH ME WITH ANOTHER CARD ([protected]) WHICH AS THEY HAS AN OUTSTANDING OF RS 27, 000/ WHEN THE CARD HAD THE LIMIT OF RS 23, 000/ AND I DID NOT USE MY CARD FOR MORE THAN A YEAR!!!& COULD NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT OF MINIMUM AMT. PAYABLE IN EACH MONTHM, , WHICH I USED TO PAY IN EVERY MONTH AS MY FINANCIAL CONDITION GOT WORSE.AND I HAD ISSUED A LETTER TO HSBC CREDIT CARD H.O AT MUMBAI UNDER REGISTERED POST. GIVING THE REASON OF MY BEING UNABLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. NOW SUDDENLY TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM HSBC CALCUTTA & AND A LADY CALLER TRIED TO PRESSURISE ME CONSTANTLY TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF RS 4, 500/ TO DO THE FINAL SETTLEMENT AS A SPECIAL OFFER IS GOING AT HSBC TO GET THE CREDIT CARDS SETTLED AND THE OFFER IS VALID TILL 29.08.09 M UPTO 12.00P.M.I TOLD HER THAT AS I'M BEING OU OF JOB FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD & BEING A CARDIAC PATIENT I'M UNABLE TO PAY SO MUCH AMOUNT AND ASSURED HER THAT I CAN AFFORD UPTO RS.2, 000/ TO MAKE THE PAYMENT & GET MY. CARD SETTLED BUT SHE WENT ON PERSISITING ME FOR RS 4, 500/ AND THEY SUDDENLY PASSED THE PHONE TO ONE OF HER COLLEAGUE CALLED MR. SUJAN SEN AND HE THEN STARTED PRESSURISING ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF RS 4, 533/ TO MAKE A SETTLEMENT. AND I EXPRESSED MY INABILITY TO MAKE THIS AMOUNT OF PAYMENT & AGAINST THAT I TRIED TO CONVINCE HIM TO ACCEPT RS.2000/ & DO THE SETTLEMENT FOR ME. I ALSO CITED THE EXAMPLE THAT I JUST SETTLED MY ANOTHER CARD OF HSBC BANK FEW MONTHS BACK BY HAVING PAID RS 6, 000/ WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS MY GOOD INTENTION TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. BUT THIS MR. SUJAN SEN DID NOT LISTEN TO ME AT ALL & SAID WITHIN NEXT 24HRS I WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF RS.4, 533/ OTHERWISE I WILL FACE THE BAD CONSEQUENCES ARISING OUT OF IT!! I AM SIMPLY ASTONISHED !! AS TO HOW THIS PEOPLE COULD BE SO RUDE & RUTHLESS TO THE GENUINE PERSOND WHO HAVE THE INTENTIONS TO PAY BUT HAVING BEEN CAUGHT IN A FINACIAL CRISIS ARE UNABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT THEY TRY TO EXTORT! MOST SURPRISING IS THE FACT THAT JUST AFTER RECEIVING THE CALL, WHEN AGAN I TRIED TO CALL THEM BACK, THE TELEPHONE NUMBER WAS NOT WORKING. IT WAS FOUND DEAD.

ANY GOOD SUGGESTION GUIDING ME AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
