[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — Statement of Outstanding even No Dues Certificate has been issued.

I have taken the Credit card from HSBC and the Card is Closed since 2005 and i have settled the principal amount of Rs. 3505.98 approximately after paying Rs. 12000/- in or around August 2008 and the Bank have issued a NO DUES CERTIFICATE on the Letter Head of the HSBC on 12/8/2008. But still the statement is coming to me showing the outstanding Balance of Rs. 121786.95 as on 4th Feb 2010 in which the Card limit has been shown as Rs. 18000/-. I am enclosing the copy of the amount of Rs. 3505.98 showing as a outstanding amount. Settlement Letter of the Bank on the Letter Head. Credit Card Statement as on 4th Feb.'2010. Further The Bank has been showing the write off amount of Rs. 1 Lakh around in CIBIL. I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I am not even received the bills through the post for past three months. I am a sales person will be in roaming 24X7 not able to track my bills...
