[Resolved] HSBC Gold Credit Card — Late payment levived on delaying payment of paisa 16 | |
HSBC Reference Number[protected] Dear Sir/ Madam, My case is that I payed my HSBC credit card bill in dec 2008 of Rs 5523 where as my outsanding was Rs 5523.16. I couldnot make the payment of 16 paisa as ICICI bank didnot allowed me to make the payment of 16 pasia online. In Feb 2009 credit card statement you have added Rs 400 + 49.44(service charges) late payemt charges for not paying 16 paisa in feb 2009. In past I have always round off the amount to larger side but this time I round off the amount to lower side as it was only paisa 16. Please give me information about RBI guidline to Banks/ Credit card companies, the guidline to make a transaction of Ruplee less than one also. In my understanding it should be round off to the lower side. The due date for payment of INR 0.16 towards statement dated 16 January 2009, was on 07 February 2009. Your account has been levied with a late payment fee due to delay in receipt of this payment. This has been illustrated in the Credit Card Services Guide shared with you at the time of card issuance. “With effect from 05 November 2007, the minimum Late Payment Fee on HSBC Credit Cards is INR 400 or 30% of minimum amount due (the higher of, subject to a maximum of INR 600)”. Gold credit card — late payment free
Dear Sir/ madam,this is to inform u that i m being to your loyal customer from so many year, but still because o[censored]r courier delay u fine me 472.36.u have send me immediate paymement notice which i paid on same day of received of bills but still u have charge me then again u send me a bill of 464.97 along with previous fine which i have not purchase anything . this is creating problem for me to use further this card.kindly send me the detail of all my account from dec to feb and i want delivery details also.and if possible revert this amount to make further transaction with your bank. kindly send me detail through mail on above email id.

hsbc gold credit card — Online Payment
This is my first credit card,I took the card because I was assured by HSBC that I can make payment online from my HDFC card without any extra charges. They also assured me to help in case of any doubt or confusion but there customer care no. is never working[protected].
I have swiped my card on 25th NOV 07' and want to make the payment (1st installment) but till date I hav n't received any bill or any guidance from HSBC how to pay online.
I would request HSBC to improve their customer service and be more transparent to their customer.
