Sub: HTC P3400i Mobile phone Stolen/Missing

Dear Sir,

I request to block the IMEI No. [protected] of my HTC 3400i mobile phone instrument that was stolen in Metro Rail while I was boarding from Metro Rail at Girishpark and got down in Mahamtma Gandhi Metro Station, Kolkata around 10:45 am on 06.03.2010.

Though immediately on realising the same, I had called my mobile service provider VODAFONE at their Call Centre and given instructions to block the SIM card so that the same cannot be misused by anyone. However,you are requested to block the handset, and if possible inform the police authorities at Jorasanko Police Station, Kolkata where the written complaint has been lodged vide application letter dated 06.03.2010, general diary no.612 regarding the where abouts of the instrument if being used by anyone.
