Improper & Unauthorised Charges - Unhappy Customer - Makes a call to disconnect 50+ corporate connections

I have been using Hutch[protected] since 11 months with a pre-paid connection for my personal use.

Since August I have been using caller Tunes and every month there has been Rs 30/- deducted for this. I have no issues with that.

On 28th or 29th of September called up 111 and requested to Deactivate the caller tunes and it has been promised by one of your executive that it will be taken care. Hence I went and reacharged for another Rs 30/- as the Balannce was in -ve. I gave the mobile to one of my staff who was on the on call support to recieve calls but unfortunately again there has been another Rs 15/- deducted on 2nd/3rd october for the same caller tunes. Due to this reason my staff could not recive any support calls which inturn created a big loss for our business. I don't want to disclose the business what I deal with but I work for an MNC company and we deal with 150+ hutch, 250+ Air Tel, 500+ Reliance connections.

As I was not totally unhappy with the kind of the charges you made on my account with out my knowledge, even after requesting for deactivating the caller tunes facility. Though I made a request to one of your executive to Credit back the Rs 15/- so that I can use the connection and retain the business with you. But unfortunately it did not happen and the request was rejected. I'm totally unhappy with the service provided by Hutch. This gives me an opportunity to disconnect all the 50+ corporate Hutch connections that I have with Hutch and go for better customer service provide.

Please note that I'm not worried about the Rs 15/- that you have charged, but it has been done with out my knowledge, though the request made to deactivate the Caller Tunes facility. Please don't come back and say that I haven't sent a SMS to deactivate as That's an excuse. When a customer directly calls the call center and requests for support you should assist or facilitate him/her with that, than providing suggestion and arguing for the sake of argument. I'm not sure what kind of custoer support this is.

Hello, Iam kasturi Actually I was not interested in any personal loan during Aug 06. But your person (Anna nagar branch) tele caller (Sudha) forced me to get a loan and promises me that rate of interest is 16% based on your salary A/c. which convinced me to get the loan from your porur branch. While getting the loan, i didnt know the rate of interest. I asked your executive & he told me that loan amount will be top up at the six month and the rate of interest will be reduced in due course. From the date of receiving the cheque, I didnt get any letter about the loan details. I have contacted your branch after six months to cancel loan (or) to reduce the rate of interest. They adviced to close the loan. but at present i dont have that much amount. anyway i am try to arrange the money as soon as possible.


As I did not pay EMI for 2 months continuously, your executives called me, when I informed them that I prefer to close the loan, different executives told me different amount. I was little bit confused even thought visiting your office directly.


In the meanwhile, one Mr. Baskar[protected] called & used bad words to me for non-payable of loan. This is not way to treat a customer. Please take necessary action as soon as possible and let me know how to closed the loan (without these person - interference). please do the need ful.

Hello, Ref the above Loan No. I have loan from Your bank for an amount of Rs. 46, 829/- 2 month due is still there. I was unable to pay. Hence, I discussed with Mr. Ramesh from(kottur puram branch) reg. fore closure of this loan. He tole me that if I pay three month EMI in one Stretch, Your bank will issue fore closure letter. Hence I have paid on (26.09.07) Rs. 8118/- Mr. Ramesh directly when he visited my home and he assured that he would pay receipt along with fore closure letter. But I am yet to received both.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have already paid Rs. 18942/- and 8118/- total - 27060/- I have actually Recd the payment from the bank Rs.46, 829/-. Toward loan amount I can pay 19769/- + 5% = 20757/-Kindly ur concern person to collect the payment Please help me and i dont want cheat your Bank. i am available only this month in my house, next month i am shifting to Native place..kindly collect the payment. i have already settled full amount icici bank cust care keep on calling and asking the payment .
please do the need ful.
