[Resolved]  Hyundai / i20 — Faulty service, car still lying in the service station for more than a a week

I got my new Hyundai I20 car serviced for the first time and has been going through a lot of difficulties. My car went to the Deep Hyundai, Peeragarhi service station in an excellent condition; however I got it back with a lot of faults. The car was not getting started the very next day of service. I contacted the service station and the mechanic told that one of the engine parts got damaged due to faulty service and some part needs to be replaced. They towed away the car and it’s been more than one week and I’m still waiting for my car to be returned. The service station guys are giving unacceptable excuses and the car is lying there in the same condition for a week.

I had lodged a complaint in their customer care center and been provided with the complaint no.[protected], still no resolution of my problem.

This is the worst customer experience I ever had and want a strict action to be taken against the organization.

Hyundai / i20 — Bad experience with dealership

I booked Hyundai i20 Magna diesel at Orion Hyundai Gurgaon on 4 May 2010. I was told that the car would be available soon. Then the day I was going to get the final draft from my bank, I came to know that inspite of my booking, the available cars were given away as the road tax was going to be raised. I was not for once informed that the car that was booked by me was going to be given away and I was not even asked if my finance is ready or when will it be ready. I was told that I will have to pay as per the new tax rules and will have to wait atleast 2 weeks more. After about 18 days I received a call saying that my car had arrived. I collected the draft from the bank and informed the dealership that I am ready to take the car.But since I got the draft on a saturday I told them that I can get the car latest by Monday. Again to my disappointment, when I talk to the MD of Orion Hyundai he says that he came under pressure from another customer and gave the car to him on immediate payment. To top it all he blames me for not making a payment in advance! This is so annoying! Now he says it will take another week for another car to come from Chennai. These people have no value for customer relationship. Anybody willing to give extra buck is given the car- those who have booked may go to hell! What to do with these people?

my name is Naresh Aggarwal and this is in reference to service reciept no 77613 for my hyundai i20 DL4C AV 3577,for which service was done from Himgiri service station situated in udyog nagar ,peera garhi,Dated :30/12/2010 even after formally communicating the fault in my car which is related to ignition the problem is that my car takes hours to start i got it checked 2 months ago from a mechanic of the same service station who confirmed that the problem is with fuel pump nd i should get it replaced but when i gave my car to get repaired on date :30/12/2010
