[Resolved] Hyundai Motors India Limited — Regarding delay in refund | |||
I have purchased Hundai i20 Sportz from Subdealer (at Shahdol M.P.) of Starline Hyundai Satna. The vehicle was delivered on 19-03-11. I had paid Rs 10000 as booking amt and my financer the SBI Shahdol paid Rs 560500 to Satrline Hundai thus aggregating to Rs. 570500. The sub dealer had offered me the car at Rs 540000 and Insurance amt. Rs 15575 (they have been provided me the Insurance Policy of the same amt.) and a discount of Rs 4000. In this way the sub dealer should refund me an amt of Rs 18925. The sub dealer offered me to get the vehicle registered at RTO with refunded amt and difference amt paid by me. Now I am waiting for the refund since two months. My vehicle’s temporary registration has also been expired and RTO office has to levy a late fee of almost Rs 5000. Though the sub dealer has assured me to bear the late fee in registration but observing previous record I am not sure of the same. Please arrange to get refunded my exess paid amt at the earliest. STARLINE HYUNDAI SATNA — PATHETIC SERVICE & DELAYS
I have purchased car "VERNA VTVT petrol" from Hyundai Starline Automobile Satna, M.P. on 18-jun-2009. But I have not received my sale letter since then. I am only having an invoice for the car.Apart from this the following i have following complaints1.The antenna on the car was damaged
2.The floor mats were absent
3.No temporary registration at the time of delivery
4.Nearly empty petrol tank at the time of delivery.
5.Pathetic service
I am not getting response from Starline automobile. Please do needful in solving the case
