(4)I ONLY CAME TO KNOW WHEN I RECIVED THE REGISTRATION CARD WHICH I RECD. AFTER
35 DAYS.
(5)AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS I HAVE NOT RECD.ANY REPLY .I AM COMPLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT & TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION.
