[Resolved] Hyundai / Santro — Warranty and delivery of seized Santro | |||
Hi Sir, I Joginder Kumar, owned a Santro car with registration number HR 26 AY 9607. My Car got some problem on 27th April in evening. Even after repeatedly calling on Hyundai helpline, I didn't receive any help. Somehow I toe my car to my home and next day I call to Malwa Hyundai to take the car to workshop but they didn't respond. After waiting for 3 days I drop my car in Malwa Hyundai Kundli, Sonepat, Haryana. After reaching there they say that its engine got seized and warranty got lapsed because you have installed CNG kit and your last service was after 12000 Kms. First of all I installed CNG kit of the same make (TOMOSTO) as Malwa Hyundai recommends, but from outside. But it is approved in my registration certificate as well as in insurance policy. How can Hyundai deny this now? And if we talk about the service period, Hyundai recommends 10000 Kms for service but let me know if I crossed 10000 Kms limit by just 2000 Kms, will the engine get seize? After all of this I said to them to please repair it as soon as possible, but they are not responding, and even misbehave, they say that we don’t have parts if you are in hurry you can take your vehicle to any other place. They always extend the delivery date and give reason that they don’t have part for repairing. I request you to please help me in this matter, pay my warranty and deliver the vehicle as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
