[Resolved] Hyundai — Water seepage problem. | |
Dear Sir,
I bought Hyundai Verna under the company scheme under a tie-up with ( Motherson Zanotti, Noida). The car belongs to me and is in use in Baroda, Gujarat. My complaint is that during monsoon season, the water enters the car and spoils the car flooring on the driver side and the seat adjascent to the driver. Due to this there is foul smell in the car. On several ocassions the car was sent to the authorised dealer's work shop here in baroda i.e Aldiam Hyundai. They kept the car for few days and assured that the problem will not reoccur, but the same problem occurs during the monsoon season. I am fed up with this problem and really wonder, should a expensive car like VERNA develop this kind of problem at all. As a last resort I am writing to the company, till now i was a die hard fan of HYUNDAI and have used SANTRO, i-10 in the past but never had such a issue. With VERNA i have faced the above issue, please help resolve this issue, I am today in a situation as to why did i spend my hard earned money buying a VERNA??
