Twice, the ATM did not disburse the money. When I contacted the customer service rep, they are saying that their records show successful transaction. So, they will not revert the transactions. How does one handle these guys who are robbing off people during daylight!! I am planning on closing all my accounts and my family accounts with this bank, because of teh poor customer service I received. On 30-03-10, I went to ICICI - ATM, Sector 63, Noida, at 2.10 pm to withdraw the cash amounting Rs.1000.00 through PNB card no.[protected] and transction particular is ATM/CWDR/S1CW4584/7599/[protected], after completing all the formalities from my side then in the last money has not come out. I complained to Bank Manager but he ignored me and told me to contact on [protected], there also on one responding.
You are requested to check your and refund my amount immediately. After confirmation from your side, I will forward my account number to you to transfer the same.
