I am working in BSNL Salem, TN and having my salary account in ICICI bank . But few days back 28.09 Rs/- were deducted two times from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATMDEC CHG". I came to know that these charges are for withdrawal cash from other ATM. But as per RBI we can made Five time withdrawal from other bank in a MONTH. So Please take necessary process to reclaim my amount 56.18/-Rs
