I Visited ICICI bank. Aundh, Pune to place request to enable the payee alerts on my cell phone. I was told by back executive the it will take 2 working days to get this enables. Since the request was not closed in 2 working days I visited the branch again on 3rd day. I was told on 3rd day that it will take another day. Since it the request was not fulfilled on 3rd day I registered a complaint using ICICI customer care call center.
Response of the customer care is pathetic. They keep the call on hold for 10 mins atleast before they give me any update about this complaint status. after several call they asked me to visit the branch again which I believe is unnecesary and very ineffecient way of handling customer complaint. Due to whole episode my payment to other banks are getting delayed. Was this information helpful? |
