[Resolved]  ICICI Bank (Auto Loan Dept) — Car Recovery and Loan Repayment

This is with regards to my Car Loan which I had borrowed from ICICI Bank. I have not repayed my Car Loan for 5 months and hence the Car was been ercovered by ICICI Bank. Following the above I have received a letter from ICICI Bank on 29th September 2009 that my car is been abondened by ICICI Bank in Nasik and the full final Settlement of the same has to be done with in 7 working days which amounted to Rs. 82,935/- (Rupees Eighty Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Five Only) otherwise they will sell the car in auction.

When contacted ICICI Bank Official at JB Nagar Branch in Andheri East (The Loan Recovery Department) on 20th November 2009 I found out that my car is been Sold on 19th November 2009 ie. one day prior to my contacting the Bank. I wished to repay the whole Loan and take my car back at this point of time.

Mr. Prahlad Manjrekar and Mr. Ganesh Bhagat from ICICI Loan Recovery Department who sit at JB Nagar Branch in Andheri East are the people involved in this as how can the Bank sell my car without my interaction or NOC to another person. When I checked with my Local RTO the Registration of my Car still appears to be in my name. I have all the records which say that I have received only one letter from Bank till now regarding the Car Repayment.

Please I need some help with my car pocession as I have repayed the Loan on time for last 4 years. My Loan was getting over in 2010.

Both the officials do not even listen to your request. When asked why is it so they donot have any reply. I fail to get a proper response for my Car till now from Both the above Officials. At one point of time they say they will issue me a letter which will state that they will Sell my Car, how can they sell my Car if they have sold it once. Once they even offered me some other car in return saying that We Can Help You to Get Some Other Car in the same Budget you have. If they can offer me another Car they can offer the same to any other person as well.

icicibank autoloan — procedure of autoloan

I am working in airindia charters limited & having a salary account with Icicibank since 2006.i wanted to gift a car to my parents & took leave for 11 days as i am staying in mumbai & parents are in noida & applied for a car loan through Fairdeal cars limited to ICICIbank..they had promised me that it would take max 3 days to pass my loan as i had submitted all the documents & i have salary account with icici..but after 4 days Fair deal noida confirmed me that my loan is approved just some query on my salary slip left with 1 department in icici & their manager is not available. after calling them again and again ICICI had asked me to show my original salary slip so i had submitted them my original salary slip after that they again promised me that it will take only 1 day to clear my loan,,but its almost 21 days now & still my loan is not approved,now they want to see my IT return original again i submitted them the originals of my 2 yrs of Income tax return..now they had called me & said that they require 2 more days to confirm it..i am fed up with icici & fairdeal..i had applied for loan on 19th feb 2010, & today is 6th march 2010,and car prices & loan interest has also increased,because of ICICI unprofessional behaviour I am suffering & i have to pay more because of icici & still my loan is not sanctioned..After showing them originals again & again & attending their calls n giving verification so many times & most important my salary account is with them for more than 3 yrs &6 months.they had tortured me like anything mentally & financially..
