Credit Cards Issue

When i done the transaction for IRCTC thru my ICICI Bank Credit Card, it shows that only Rs. 673. But when i received the statement it shows that Rs. 686.87. The increase amount is not shown anywhere. Also my IRCTC account it shows only Rs. 673.
