ICICI Bank — Transaction Haressment | |
I am sharad kumar raghuvansh have my saving account number :[protected] in sigra branch varanasi . There is transaction problem as the record on[protected] access the DLW ATM machine had problem in card reading, so I accessed the ATM of SBI which was nearby in Sunderpur there the machine regretted for transaction for the amount of Rs.6000.00 but the message came on my mobile(# [protected]) the amount had beed debitted. Then I talked to the local ATM engineer he told it will be recovered within three hours and did got creditted but on the other day[protected].But today on[protected] once again message came that got debitted from my account against the same amount(Rs.6000.00) of that withdrawal reversal on[protected]. So, I hope I am very much clear in explaining my problem.Now, should I run around your bank to solve my problem or should you people must contact and clarify before creating such mishappenings. Too many problems are there in their ATM like : defective card readers, no statment print-outs or most of the times no cash. Taken Mr. Sharukh Khan to gain their confidence Or should ICICI win customers' trust by improving their service and provide care for their valuable customers as image has already been tarnished in the market. dues in full also, they are sending RS. 6024/- due bill which they
want me to pay immediately. They have already started threatening over telephone.
I am seeking advice from experts so I can fight against their
fraud and cheating practice.
