[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card Points | |
I have issue imint card for point accumlated in my icici bank credit card my imint card no is [protected]. on 27th Nov, I placed order online in imintpoints website order No : 46482 & 46487 but neither Gift has received not point has been transfer to my A/C. I also made query & written several mail oly pretext mail is coming from bank that contact imint point customer care. prior to this I have place same order on 24th Sept order No : 36046, same was also not delivered & point was transfer to my A/C on 17th Oct- 2008. When I ask for reason for not getting delivery they said address is not correct, I am asking three question two bank from this forum : 1.) When I am getting credit card bill on same address & also received Gift for order No 48883, then how come address is not correct.? 2.) Why bank or imint card div don't send intimation regarding dispatch of gift on mobile no & mail, when they have both in there record, & useless(Adv.) mail or sms always comes on mobile & mail . both. 3.) imint customer care doesn't have local no & for every query I have to made call to there STD nos, for that I have to pay extra buck which bank don't realise.
