[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — MISBEHAVIOUR BY ICICI BANK EMPLOYEE

Dear Mr. Director,
I had today spoken to u customer care officer.His name is Mr. Sanjeev Kumar from Mumbai.Time of my call was 9:50PM on 07/04/2009.
This is to inform that the tone in which he was taking was not proper as if i was under some obligation to him.
I want to know that is this the way u recruit the people in such a prestigious bank who do not know how to talk about.My ICiCi Credit Card No. is [protected]

Dear sir,
i want to make a complaint regarding PL w hich i hve taken, for the last 2 months i am getting threating calls with absucive language by a man called saurav whose no. [protected] and today i am really sorry to state he have called my sister and absuve also, it is dishearting that such a big bank have employed these type of people, my a/c no. is LPDEL[protected].i want to repay back the money which i have taken but not in this manner, i strictly want someone shld look in this epsisode.
