[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Cheque Bounce Charges | |
ICICI Bank has charged me on Cheque bounce. In this case i am the depositor of the cheque and receiver of the fund. I have heard that cheque bounce charges are levied on the A/c which doesn't have fund or signature mismatch or any other reason of bouncing the cheque. When i asked for the explanation ICICI Bank employee told that it is under RBI guidelines. In this case i want to know, where is my fault, I have got a cheque and i have deposited it. If something is wrong in issuer's account then why i should suffer for that. I am attaching the mini statement from my Internet banking A/c. Was this information helpful? | |

what are the charges for cheque bouns, , just let me knoww
I'm facing similar issue with icici bank... Although the cheque bounce charges are levied it doesn't reflect on my bank statement.. The phone representative claims there are no such charges when i can see them
