ICICI Bank — amount debited but not withdrawn

I have not received Rs.5000=oo from my ATM card no xxxxxxxxxxxx5959 from ATM of ICICI on 16.10.09 but debited in my saving account.I have lodged the complaint in the register kept in theATM.my complaint no. is 180 in the ATM register at pandeypur, varanasi.Please credit Rs.5000=oo into my saving account immdiately and inform us through sms to my mobile no. [protected].
