[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — BANK CHARGES

I am Mamta m Patel A Salary A/c. Holder of ICICI bank

& My A/c. No is[protected]...

My Problem is actually Salary Account is on Zero Balance facility

But withiout intimation in written to me ICICI Bank will transfer

My A/c. to Normal A/c. & Presently My this A/c. Is deactive

& Bank Charged a 1600 Rs. (Quarterly balance charges) & a bank

officer do not close My salary a/c...i want to Close this A/c.

Please Kindly do needful for this..

dear Mamta

once a person salary account is closed with r with out intimation it convert to normal account
for normal account if normal balance is not maintain the fine is applicable
if you want to continue that a/c you should pay the fine amount
or
you can apply for new account by closing old one it is benefitable to avoid fine
